AN end to a wonderful hobby because of one misguided person
I Ken Tarallo have been in communication with Warner Bros/Newline for over a month now,
because as of last July a misguided person (you know who you are) contacted Warner Bros. legal dept. and stated what I was selling (the Jman blanks) were fake, This started Warner Bros. to search out and stop all mask makers from making Jman masks, (changing the name won\'t help you) as for me selling fake masks Well Warner Bros and I know they are NOT fake
and I can and will continue to sell said blanks since I own the rights to them, but as for the
painted masks (Jman style) they are no longer to be made.
Warner Bros is now seeking C&D ( Cease & Desist ) orders to all mask makers,
and I Ken Tarallo Frightstuff.com.LLC will be seeking C&D orders from all people making
blanks.
This is a serious legal issue and not to be taken lightly. All I ever wanted to do was to
give the fans something exciting from the Movie Industry and this has come to a
end...because of one person who wanted to stop me from making masks and claiming they were
fake.. It is amazing this horror fan base, you guys question everything and I the only
person that has been in the industry making these was attacked buy you... well that opened a lot of issues sorry to say.
This in no way was implemented by me or Frightstuff.com but by Warner Bros. being contacted by this fan who I will not name.

Dude, that absolutely socks. I hated it when I had an auction pulled a couple years ago because I had an FvsJ mask that someone complained about. I can\'t imagine how pi$$ed you are about this. THANKFULLY you are still selling the blanks. I am literally waiting for one more item of mine to sell on Ebay so I have enough paypal funds to send you for a couple! I freaked out when I started reading this.

I wouldn\'t get your tail in a knot and start blaming each other because it won\'t do any good.
You guys need to stop blaming people before you have all your facts straight.
All it\'s going to do is make people hate each other, so think about that before you blame Mike or someone else for calling.
Ken knows and that\'s the ONLY person that should know at this time.
You guys ever watch that Twilight zone episode, Where the neighbor kills the other one? It\'s just like that. So just cool it before you pm someone saying it was them...........
