The movie First Blood had a sequel called Rambo: First Blood part two, and then the sequel to Rambo: first blood part two was called Rambo three, but the movie First Blood wasn\'t called Rambo one it was called First Blood, and First Blood part two was Rambo: First Blood part two, they didn\'t call First Blood part two Rambo two, or shouldn\'t Rambo three be called First Blood part three? since Rambo was called first blood part two. or maybe Rambo three should have been called Rambo two: First Blood part three???

Rambo rules. He would kick the ass of all the big horror movie icons, bubba, Jason, Michael Myers, maybe not Freddy unless he was in the real world. Anyway, I think the reason for the title change was because the character grew in popularity so much. Part two was actually titled Rambo, subtitled First Blood part 2. And so as the character continued getting more popular, the title First Blood was just phased out. Another factor could be that the first one was based on the novel titled First Blood and the other two were sequels to the movie and had no affiliation with the book except having the same lead characters.
