Cool idea.
I\'ll take a looky round to see if if i can find and ref pics. I got Tom Savini\'s Grande Illusions books here and i think there are some pics in that.
If anyone has any shots, please pass them over. Would prefer the Part 2 Ken Evert version as it\'s better detailed.
