Quote:I\'ll pay the shipping round trip and fix it or make another. Sometimes these pesky bubbles go unnoticed. Most are corrected after pulling the cast but some do get out of here with them. Other times, too much filler is added by the manufacturer of the latex and in some cases causes brittle spots in the latex that, when stretched, will cause this. Let me know how you want to work this one Ty and I\'ll get it worked out for ya. Sorry about that.
That\'s a good guy there, willing to do whatever to make the customer happy.

Thereby reinforcing the fact that I want to get a couple masks when I have the extra $200.

unless he wants gloves, Big Grin

Quote:WOWZER! You take some good pics Ty! Funny how the color changes in different lights. Looks like he put on few pounds in that last one Wink

Ty, about those holes. Just to fill every one in here, apperantly there were some little air bubbles in the latex and he emailed me with some pics. When you put it on they expanded and ended up bigger. There are a couple of things you can do to fix this....
The first would be to clean the inside around the holes with rubbing alcohol, let it dry and add a drop of latex to fill the hole. Then, once that has cured, add more latex to it and the surrounding area. Add a slit to the back so that it wont be stretched as much so that it wont happen again. The second thing iiiiissss.....
