If the piece was foam filled it might look and feel better. It is really a thin pull. The tiny I only got as the companion to the Spaulding so if I do not keep the captain then tiny will go with him as I was not really a fan of that Character.Will think about it overnight but I will probably post them up at a great price tomorrow for someone to get a great deal on well below what I paid. I see where you're coming from, Mike. I had one of Bob's Freddy pieces back in the day. I thought it looked really good in the pictures, but once I had it, it was a very thin pull and it didn't meet the expectations that I had. Bob is a great artist, but once you start getting into artists like Henry Alvarez , Howard S. and getting finish work done by the top painters in the United States, you start setting the bar really high. I picked up these guys from another collector - great guy. But you ar right - it should not matter who or where I got them from the quality should be the same every time.that being said the Spaulding is growing on me. hey Mike glad they got to you nice and safely. I am sorry they aren't what you expected I truely applogize for that man. but thats what bob sent me. Mike is an awsome guy to deal with he doesn't bullshit around he gets right to business. I thank you for buying them but I feel bad that they are not what you had intended them to be. I also do kinda regret selling them but they just didn't seem to fit with my collection.just so you guys no how slow bob is I ordered those in September of 05 and didn't get them untill Aprill of 06 they were sopos to be shipped to me before halloween. so hows fast he is at shipping.
