My cousin just commited suicide last saturday. No note. Married with a 7 year old daughter. Him and his wife we split up. They went river rafting that day, everything seemed fine. Then he goes home by himself and his daughter calls to talk to him and he dont answer so she calls my grandma to ask if he's ok. Her and her mom go to his house and his 7 year old daughter find him with a gunshot wound to his head. He put the barell in his mouth... He was 28 yrs old and no matter how bad life is there is always an answer that involves life. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. I wish he had talked to someone, asked for help. I wish I had been there for him thru the years but I couldnt. I'm glad Mike has friends and family who are on his side and who are concerned for him. What he tried may seem stupid and cowardly to alot of people but when pushed against a wall the right answer isnt always clear. I'll keep Mike in my prayers and just knowing he's ok and that there is always hope no matter bleak life can get I know he'll be ok. I've been up against that wall, and I know there is a way from it. God bless and never give up hope. Best of luck bro. If you ever need someone to talk to dont hesitate to pm or email or call. I'm a therapist and i've been on both sides of the fence. Stay strong.
