If you want good health care with a job do not work for John Deere. I have worked for my company for 3 years and we got bought out by John Deere and they cut down our benefits to nothing. We are not covered on a ton of simple things. Its pathetic, but now i understand why they are a multi billion dollar company. We need one good snow down here in VA... we are looong overdue i think.Matt

I get a kick out you guys that say we are lucky for getting this kinda weather.. Trust me, live here for a couple winters and you'd hate it too. We got a total of 14 feet so far this year. Seriously, a storm every 7-10 days with at least a foot at a time. I've got a 4x4 truck and I can't even get it out of my driveway for ice and snow..Not to mention with my condition I can;t shovel the damn stuff. Last time I nearly took the big one... Scary shit. I honestly hate winter, I even applied for my work Visa in Australia this year.. That's be a nice break....Up here we have 8 months of winter and 4 months of rough snowmobiling.. lol
