Im about 6 foot tall, and waigh around 230, and im a little fat myself. i have size 50R coveralls, they are a little big, but they are perfect for me. very comfortible. you may wanna go with a 48 though, but as long as they arent too small, your ok.

I\'m 5\'8" and 240 and size 46 tall coveralls fit just fine (I got the tall ones so I have more crotch room
). My trenchcoat is also 46 regular and is a perfect fit.
