I've had them in the past as well. The pain involved in passing these things is absolutely horrific, like nothing else I've ever experienced! I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Good luck man.

Good luck man, hope all goes well for you. No BS, I was in the restroom while this older guy was in the Stahl passing one.
