here is how it came to me after i fixed it and mailed it back to them for their "inspection". you can see where i glued the bottom back together where Mo signed it.

i could freakin puke
. i dont have the steam to repair it again right now, but maybe in a while i will try again. i am seriously frightened to mail it back to Mo for repair

Again I'm so sorry you had to go thru this.
and they say they don't cover doll houses??WTF
Maybe you should attack them by saying that it isn't a doll house but that it's a replica of an actual house. I know I sound funny but I try many ways to attack the shipping company to get my end.
When I had my TCM3 screen-used shipped it was stopped at customs for days. Tom sent it with priority so I called customs to see what was up. I had to go thru 3 different people to actually know where my package was, that means 3 diffrent phone calls in all.
They first told me that my package was insured 3k and I had to pay a fee. Big lie! It was insured 2k. Then the head guy tells me it was stuck in customs because,"They were afraid of holding responsible for something worth 2k." and that they were gonna send me a notification about it....WTF!? After holding it for a week they tell me this right after I called them. Then they ask me what's in the box and I explained to them what it was and then all of a sudden they change the story and state that I had to pay a high custom fee. Everyone knows that I'm a man of patience but having them changing the story over and over(yeah there's more...)got my blood boilng and told them to f@ck themselves and that I was coming over. In the end they charged me a fee of $60 and they sent it to me the next day :down:

Those pics make me sick! If there's insurance on a package it shouldn't matter whats inside, it should be covered. I will never use FED EX again after seeing this

hey guys, well, fed ex called me today and "generously" offered to pay me $110. they said they did not have to do this and told me again that they did not accept ant responsibility for damaging my property twice. i told them that they owed me the entire price of the house, but they disagreed. we went back and forth and finally, i said screw it and took the money. i will use some of the cash to send the house back (USPS) to the man who made it (Mo) and have him repair it. he will be doing this for free because he is a straight up great guy.
beware fedex guys, beware. thanks for all the support. i was about a half a second from whipping the house against the wall yesterday when i tried to start repairing it again and the entire roof fell off.....i didn't, but man was it close. i would have regretted that one. now i can get the house back to its former glory. please USPS be very gentle....PLEASE. wish me luck fellas.
