Thats great info guys it should really help others out. The arguements about who makes a better coat are OVER. The only people that can decide who is better and who makes there coat right are us, the paying customer. We have the final say, so let your hard work and pride show in your products. We will make the final decision in the end

buying the burlap, sewing it together and aging it would cost a maximum of $35.00. But STILL people charge hundreds of dollars for them. I would buy a jacket from someone but I would only pay for time and materials to make it. even better i would buy a non aged one from one of you guys and age it myself. and do you guys know where to get black burlap?

Ok 35 bucks for matereals you say? ok ill go with that. as for time? how do you regulate that? I can easily say the time I put into the jacket is well worth the price for the jacket if not cheaper!, hands down. I charge $150-175(double layer) for it lets say i spent 10 hrs (low est.) cutting fabric sewing fabric and i charge 10 bucks an hr to do that!where are we at? 100$ now i still have to wether it and distress the jacket another 2-4 hrs depending on the version i want\customer wants. so we will say 30$ so total is $165 bucks avg for my time and efforts and matereals.......this does not include research time, time getting matereals, time advertising customer contact.......etc etc etc..... I find it hard to see your point. I take great care in my work as does Megga as you can see.. if you would like to attempt to make the jackets yourself PLEASE BE MY GUEST. Im sure megga will agree its not nearly as simple as it may seem. and do us a favor and go ahead and log your time for us so we can get an idea of how long it took you.

Everyone here has done thier stuff by trial and sucess or trial and error!!!! we can help with slight problems like whats the easyest way to make triangles on the masks, or what fabric are jason\'s pants made of.... but we will not write you a manual. thats YOUR JOB!!!!!!! This stuff is not that hard if you think logicaly! u do it and screw up we can help you in most cases correct the problem! Just Do it man! Be like Nike---or michael jordan!
