New Music - The Death Curse - 07-11-2005 Quote:Nile- Blacks Seeds Of Vegeance, In Their Darkened Shrines KALMAH!!!!!! \m/ I loooove Sludge/Stoner Metal. Morbid Angel is quite the awesome band as well. Pete Sandoval is one of the craziest drummers ever. He sounds like a machine! Personally, I have been listening to a lot of Japanese Pop and Rock lately, with an equal mix of Experimental and Power Metal. Some of my favorite J-Pop/Rock bands are: Do As Infinity, The Pillows, Ayumi Hamasaki, Cool Joke, Dir en Grey, and hide. For Experimental, I\'m all about Tom Waits, Tim Buckley, and Liquid Tension Experiment. For Power Metal, I rock Sonata Arctica, Dream Theater, Avantasia, Dragonforce, Nevermore, Symphony X, Stratovarius, X Japan, Nightwish, and Rhapsody. I throw in some Blind Guardian too, sometimes....But I\'m not all too fond of that fact. =X Ryan Bean New Music - krazedkilla - 07-11-2005 Quote:Morbid Angel is quite the awesome band as well. If you ever get a chance to pick up any one of the do so, they are an awesome band. Tony Laureano (drummer in In Their Darkened Shrines) is just amazing and Karl Sanders on the guitar is very under rated as a guitarist but is amazing. |
