It definatley has a rhythm...your correct, its a rhythem, but, damnit, I cant think of the instruments name, it has rib type grooves on it, and you rub a stick on it, and its makes that exact sound. The instruments are usually painted very bright colors, some times its painted to look like a fish kinda. can anyone help me out with the name?
