The Hockey Mask may not be 100% accurate, but it looks incredible in person. It's honestly about 1/4 - 1/3" thick and feels like it would survive a sledge hammer full strength. Here is a snap of it from the side. I've contemplated getting one of Ken's blanks... but don't care to fork out $60 for a kit. Like I said, I'm not a huge J-man fan anyway - just enjoy projects.
