I agree on this being set up in a way

I would of thought he instanly died but to think he lived for two day after that

I dont see how he could breath or how his brain would be able to think right in order to breath but Im no doctor.

Even then WHY TRY TO KEEP HIM ALIVE? Thats probably harsh to some but seriously, he would not of walked away from that normal and I dont mean looks wise

My god this is insane... Sick

Unreal...I will definitely be showing my 3 teenagers this so they can see the harsh reality of taking risk.I do not know if its real or not, but I truly wouldnt wish that upon my worst enemy. From a medical standpoint its hard to believe he was moving and capable of breathing by himself. When someones brain is injured like that you can not breath on your own.You must be put on life support. He would have had to have a tracheotomy.....Just an unbeliuevable video.

the guy would have surly been more wired up than this and blood filling his lungs also some kind of bracing to hold him as he would have broken his neck and back for sure too

( and the video is cut and edited )

I just think for a guy to have a head that looks like he has no skull inside thier he would have been given a traciotomy ( can't spell that for Sheep lol , neck slit and pipe puched in their to aid his breathing ) Smile theirs know way the guy has made it to the hospital in this video breathing with out help like he is in the video ?

I might be wrong but I find it pretty hard to believe he'd even survive that with out then having the ability to to breath for himself ?

and where has his hat gone ?

I get where you are coming from suckface, however I have seen this kind of thing in motor vehicle accidents. That is a endotracheal tube or nasal intubation tube ( hard to tell which do to the extent of damage) coming out of his face, or what was his face. This is usually put in prior to transport to the hospital. There is a balloon on the end that you inflate inside of the trachea so it blocks any vomit or blood from entering the lungs. Even with severe head trauma your brain kind of goes into auto pilot and breaths for you. When you look at the head looking like there is no skull inside that would be do to the head being very vascular and the swelling of the face makes it look hollow. Hard to tell but I can see no exposed brain tissue so it is possible for the skull take a massive hit but not be cracked open. It is also very possible that he did break his neck but did not sever his spinal cord. I guess we could go back and forth and I hope I am wrong and that it is a hoax, but in my opinion this is the real deal.

There has been a lot of controversy over whether this video is real or not . If you do a little more digging like i did, 99.9 percent of the doctors who have watched this video say its a fake. Plus if you look for any news footage or newspaper articles like i did you cant find anything.

First of all you cant use cell phones in a hospital. This vid is being shot by a friends cell supposedly. Wheres the vid from the ambulance ride?? Also the patient has No heart monitor, oxygen or IV fluids and the doctor is pretty much playing with the guys face. Also there's only two doctors in the room for someone with this much trauma? I doubt it!

I raced indoor supercross for 2 1/2 years and i had a friend get his leg snapped off in a race. When i went to the hospital with him there was 15 to 20 doctors/surgeons for a leg. This guys face is split in two with only two doctors hmmm.

I say its a fake. Just my opinion.

I was kind of hoping there would be some people here who thought the same as I did. As gruesome as it was, i thought it was a bit suspect too. I can't imagine with an injury that bad he wouldn't be dead or at the very least in a coma. Secondly, the blood in the water looked way too bright. I don't want to seem insensitive because I am not. This was extremely tough to watch. But I have my doubts as to it's authenticity.

Well, all I can say is we would never allow friends and family in the back of the ambulance to ride, let alone tape anything that is going on in the back of the ambulance.

As for the amount of doctors, the treatment and how they do things where ever this happened. You would be surprised at how other countries practice medicine. I wouldn't be surprised if they were in the corner sacrificing a chicken. LOL. if it is fake they did an awesome job on the effects. Two thumbs up! Ahh, who knows. I think it's real.

Very good points though Jared. I like this discussion.

can someone please explain the video for me? I am a hardcore horror fan like the rest of you, but I simply cannot watch videos that are too graphic. I just can't. Even skateboarding videos where kids break their ankles and wrists make me cringe. Like I said, I can watch horror-related mutilations all day, but if I know it's real, it just urks me so badly.
