If anyone got the newest Fangoria (237), Martin Blythe states that if the box set sells well enough they may release special editions of each film separately with any cut footage re-inserted back in. Why not just do that this time and save everyone a bunch of money?
When S-2 was out in theatres, they put the part 1 dvd back out in stores, which was all enhanced and stuff. Buy why buy that dvd when you know for sure that when S-2 comes out on dvd, they will just sell them both together?????
This isnt the only time I have seen sumthin like this, that was just the best example I could think of at the time.
