Quote:The dealer I got my gun from is located in Wisconsin, but I\'m in Missouri. What you have to do is find a dealer local to you (Pawn store should work if they sell Firearms) then get in contact with the dealer you want to buy the gun from. When you send in your payment send in a copy of your local dealers FFL. They will then ship your gun to your local dealer where he/she does the transfer for you.

The ammo it takes is 7.62x39mm, some take .223 ammo also but usually have feed problems.
Go with the 7.62 for the cheap ammo (now it will run you about $120-140 for 1,000 rounds).
I just got back from shooting it at the local range. I ran 80 rounds through it, and it performed like a champ.

I hope you know the difference between corrosive and noncorrosive because I have seen guns that fired corrosive, and let\'s just say it was a horrible, rusty mess.

Look up Cheaper Than Dirt on the net. They have a large case of non-corrosive, Berdan primed ammo (less ammount of mis-fires I guess) for about $130. I think it has somwehere around 7500 rounds.

Ohh yeah I stay away from that corrosive crap. I don\'t care how cheap it is.

Nice AR Jason-V

Like Jason-V said sportsmanguide is a good place to buy ammo, just go to google first and search for some coupons, they always have some.
