I\'m looking for Foam for Foam filling a mask and I\'m having troubl finding it online.
Here is what I\'m looking for: BJB\'s Foam TC-300
I ran a Google search on it and a site came up, but I\'m unable to access it. Could someone here PLEASE lead me in the right direction to buy some? Would Sutherland\'s have it you think? Thanks all!!

If I were you I wouldn\'t buy the foam and fill the masks yourself mainly becuase the fumes from it are highly dangerous and you can\'t even smell them, but if you have prior experience to using it go right ahead. There\'s a considerable amount of risk that you might ruin the mask your trying to foam fill, if you don\'t do it correctly! So you could either foam fill it yourself with the chance of ruining your mask or send it over to The Mask Doctor to get it foam filled or Mike (FOD) on the board for reasonable prices as well. Just shoot them an e-mail.

Thanks for the heads up, man. I work around Hazardous chemicals all day long. It\'s what I do for a living. Fumes are the least of my worries. I know how to proper ventilate myself as well as my surroundings.. :thumbsup:

yup be carefull, someone sent me a mask to fix as they had filled it and made themselves a nice masky basketball,i had to remove the mask and repaint the bugger.

could someone elaborate on the fumes factor? I filled 2 masks yesterday and didn\'t notice fumes. I was by 2 open windows.
I did notice the \'base\' chemical smelled like, well, nut, actually. Reminded me of bleach kind of.
But my sinuses have been hurting all day today and I wonder if that\'s why.

Yeah, probably why your sniffer is sore...silent but deadly, like a fart. Drywall mask nextime maybe? Hell I dont know,..I work with very toxic chems alot when screen printing and still just G.I. JOE - IT....Fuggit..Im not doing anything my predecessors did\'nt do.....and they are old guys, still healthy as possible!
The next day is always a bitch anytime you mess a good chemical. :turned:
