Hey everybody. I just want to say a few words regarding the projects that I\'m working on. I\'m getting a lot of emails regarding certain things, so I want to clear everything up here.
First of all, I sincerely apologize for the long bloody delay with my H5, PYBACK mask. It IS almost finished, but I have been working on other things in between. I\'ve been taking my time with it, and have actually ripped it apart a few times in certain sections to fix things up. Brad Hardin, who recently \'fixed up\' the actual H5 mask for Don Shanks, gave me some good pointers, and I\'m incorporating them into the mask. I blame myself for announcing that I was going to do an H5 mask soooo long ago. If I was smart, I would have actually started on it, and once it was pretty much completed, posted pictures for everyones input. I think I\'ve said this before, but I don\'t do this full-time. I have to balance my \'full time\' job with being a husband and a father. When that\'s done, THEN I come downstairs to play in my shop. After the summer and fall season, work pretty much slows down, and that\'s when I go crazy with the latex! Some personal issues have come up within the past few months, which have also slowed things down. Not to mention that there\'s a certain \'zombie\' flick that starts shooting here in a couple of weeks that I\'m trying to get on board with. Let\'s just say that things are \'quite\' busy.
I\'ve pretty much finished the \'DEAD PILOT\' sculpture. (I corrected a few things),and plan on molding him this weekend. Then, the H5 mask will be finished. Once he\'s totally sculpted, I\'ll post pics. I\'m not going to drag out the process though, as it\'s taken so long, so I might adjust a few things, depending on everyone\'s comments, and then he\'ll be molded.
After that, there are a couple of more \'pieces\' that will be started and hopefully completed by Jan. One in particular, I\'ll be getting some help from someone that you\'re all familiar with. If this piece works out the way I\'m planning, it\'s gonna kick cornhole! It\'s not a bust or a mask necessarily, but definitely a \'one of a kind\' piece, that fans from this film will LOVE!!
That\'s all I can say for now. I just wanted to let everyone know what\'s goin\' on, and again, I apologize for these delays.
