Have had a few days off and have been watching some DVD\'s that have been stockpiling. "Slither was a good old 80\'s style monster movie. If you love "Night of the Creeps" and similar I suggest checking it out. Michael Rooker is execellent in this.
"Abominable" is another throwback to the days of men in suits and no CGI. I had a ball watching this with my wife who jumped every 5 minutes. The best Bigfoot movie ever.............................Larry

Loved Slither. Very much like \"Night of the Creeps\" and other 80\'s movies, like you said. First horror movie I\'ve seen in a while where the characters don\'t make incredibly stupid decisions, too.
Was Abominable one of the Sci-Fi original Sasquatch movies? They made like 3 in a row, is why I am asking.

Abominable aired first on the Sci-Fi channel but was not made by them. It is a total blast...Highly recommend checking it out. It also has what has to be the coolest death scene ever filmed......................Larry

I was blown away by slither. I can\'t get over how awesome that movie was. I was squirming on my couch like a little girl lol.
