For The Hellraiser Fans Out There - shummy - 01-09-2007

Hey guys
i don\'t remember if I posted pics of this guy before or not. It is the shining jewel in my collection so far - my wife was fixing up the skirt a little for me this weekend so I decided to take a few pics ( the light really messed it up though).

Monte Ward painted this guy and the actually design was from his buddy Eric.
Monte and Eric drove him down all the way from Ohio to set it up for me - the best guys to deal with.

here\'s the pics

Take care - and if you read this Monte/Eric - thanks again and I hope all is going great for you guys

Awesome display right there Shum-man :o . Monte is extremely talented with his brush. I had Monte paint a Howard S. Pin_head bust and it is truely amazing.

Can you tell us more about the actual mannequin? What is the body made of? Did Eric Fisher produce just the head portion and is the chest area sculpted as well?

Congrats!

Yes the head and the hands are definitely sculpted out of resin. I think the chest is a fiberglass material but Eric is much better to ask than me as this was his creation.

The tools were taken from the movie molds that I know for sure and are real.

i think Eric had told me that there are only three of these out there but I really don\'t remember right now.
it is attached to a stand at the bottom - screwed in below the waist - there was some foam that made the bottom portion look fuller but I was having a real tough time keeping the foam in place so my wife just took it out this weekend. She is pretty handy so when she has more time she will probably put the foam back in to fill out the bottom - right now it looks like he is on a diet @!!!!!!

Hope that helps

Thanks for the compliments guys - I only have room for one full size figure and this is it.
