Fred Snake For Those Who Missed It - frosty - 03-01-2007 Thanks for the comments guys Hey sickness if your brother wants to do it i say go for it, mine wont be done for a while yet, i just thought it was a cool looking piece. Anyone have any other pics of this faceless fred. Fred Snake For Those Who Missed It - Ben_Forsaken - 03-01-2007 awesome job Frosty, those are some HUGE eyes on that puppy. Aaron and I have been talking about doing the Skull Freddy w/ removable face for years, but we\'ve never figured out how to overcome the whole, \'latex shrinks\' thing, so we we\'re worried that the removable face wouldn\'t always fit exactly over the Skull/Freddy mask. Do you mind if I ask what you had planned for that? Because at this rate we\'ll probably never get around to it anyway, so I was curious what your thinking was on it. Cheers. Fred Snake For Those Who Missed It - SICKNESS - 03-01-2007 You could always make the face just for display, not for actually putting on it. Or, sculpture them seporatly, and sculpture the face larger than the mask. Fred Snake For Those Who Missed It - Bear - 03-01-2007 you know I love it Ian, can\'t wait to get a copy...maybe! Fred Snake For Those Who Missed It - frosty - 03-01-2007 I plan on sculpting the head with the face removed first then casting that and using that to sculpture the face on , i will be making both the face and bust out of latex and polyfoam, which means there will be little to no shrinkage, as i sculpture the head i will rough in a face as a guideline then remove it before casting. Sounds a long winded process \'cos it is! Fred Snake For Those Who Missed It - Horror4Ever - 03-01-2007 Sounds Great, I See You Have The Fred Snake On eBay Good Luck On The Auction. |
