Well, it turns out that Kim and I won't be able to make the MM Con this August. I recently visited the doctor, to have some spots checked on my cheek, and found out that they were 'pre-cancerous', but basically, they could become cancerous at any time. He says that it is definetelly from being out working in the sun all the time. He informed me that I should have them removed as soon as possible. He made an appt with the hospital for surgery, and it turns out that it will either be on the Friday of the Con, or a week after that. If it changes from the Friday of the Con to the week after, I'll only get between 12-24hrs notice, so basically, I'm screwed. It HAS to be done, and it is serious, so I'm not totally pissed off about it. I'm just pissed about the timing of course.To all my buds that will be there, have an absolute BLAST!!! I'll be thinkin' of everyone, believe me. I spoke with Jon on the phone a couple of weeks back, and he told me about Chiller, so we'll see what happens. I'd also like to go to the 'Horrorhound' Con in November if I can. That time of year for me is PERFECT, as I'm done construction by then.Anyway, just wanted to let those going that are good friends of mine to know my situation.Take care - Andrew
