Trust me, I understand. He finally sent it out the after the Fourth Wednesday had passed, however between my payment and that fourth week he wouldn't answer a single e-mail from me. Actually, let me correct that. He told me he had received my payment (within minutes after I bought it) and said it would be shipped out that Wednesday. Then I never heard from him until four weeks later when I told him I was going to file a complaint if I didn't hear from him in a week. He said he had the flu.
