Damn...I swear.....is EVERYONE a goddamn scammer these days? That looks like it was re-haired and very, very poorly at that. If he won't refund file the claim anyways. Filing a claim with paypal has nothing to do with whether or not you used Ebay as the place of purchase. Just log into your Paypal account and file a dispute....'tis easy.....................Larry

I've volunteered to completely redo the slit, re-hair, and touch up this piece. So hopefully it's just something to learn from and people will know not to deal with this guy.
