i orderd to masks from him on sep11th i needed them for a haunted house we are doingits now oct 21 and i have gotten nothing, the big deal is in a email he told me the mask would go out in 2 weeks here is the email from himHi, Thank you for the payment, it will take 1 to 2> > weeks to make & then we> > ship out x-pedited, you will get a tracking # & once> > shipped it should only> > take 5 to 8 days to reach youwell its now oct 21 and nothing, and he stopped responding to emails when all i did was ask for updatesnow its to late for me to use them for a haunted house, and its even to close to halloween for me to even try and sell them to recover my money, so i filed a complaint through paypal, and hes blown up telling me he wont refund my money and im getting the masks likw it or notwhy should i be out when he did not follow through like he said he would, if he told me from day one it was going to take this long i wouls of never ordered in the first place, so am i in the wrong here for wanting a refund i dont think so?

mods please dont delete this i dont want a bashing thread i just want other collectors opinion on am i out of bounds for wanting a refund,because he refuses to do so, and thinks he has done nothing wrong,i understand halloween is a busy time for mask makers but like i said i would of never ordered in the first place if he would have been honest and told me the wait time was 3 times longer then i was first told

I think your right to ask for a refund, if he did'nt deliver the goods when he said he would then that's out of order, not replying to emails is just asking for trouble, far too much of this sort of problem for buyers going on these days.

I think you're in the right asking for your money back. But I've never had trouble with him myself. I have a couple of masks from him. But he's not to good at returning emails.

his most recent emailYou ORDERED THESE MASKS, meaning I have spent my dam time on them for you,if you purchased them off ebay then I would understand but you asked me tomake them & they are both shipping out monday, you have now put myu paypalaccount in the negative & I do not have my rent money.I am shipping them out monday, I will be contacting paypal explaining thatyou are trying to rip me off for the masks as ive allready talked with pay-pal all my bases are covered i will recive a refund one way or another, they told me that it just may take some timehow in the world can he not see how he is in the wrong here???????????

wow i cant believe he emailed that, it alone will screw him over. and waiting so much longer than what was said isnt right so u do deserve it and he shouldve just given it back and resold the masks on ebay.
