Rambo: First Blood Part 2 Knife..... Score! - stainboy - 12-18-2007 When I was a kid in the 80's, I was nuts for Rambo (like many of you, I would guess...) but I was not old enough (at least by my parents' standards) to own and wield a knife around. So when my cousin pulled me into his room to show me his Rambo III knife in 1990...I knew I had to get one of my own! By the time I was in college in the mid-90's, I forked out the big moolah to buy an original <!--coloro:#008000<!--/coloroFirst Blood Rambo Knife replica<!--colorc<!--/colorc, as the original film is still my favorite of the series. I've owned it for years and it has always been one of my fav pieces in my collection. Anyways, I've always longed for the Part II knife and Part III knife as well. Just to complete the collection, you know?Well, I finally forked out the cash for the Part II knife - shown below in all it's glory. It's a major score in my heart, as I am getting jittery with the release of the new film a little over a month away!!! Perhaps by summer, I'll own a Part III knife as well. Stay tuned! For those of you unfamiliar with the knife, it is approx. 16" long, with a corded handle, compass in the end knob and survival kit embedded within the handle (fishing line, hooks, matches, fire starting paper, etc...) Stallone, who is a major custom knife collector and enthusiast, had a major part in helping design the knife with famous Knife designer Jimmy Lile.<!--sizeo:3<!--/sizeo<!--fonto:Arial Black<!--/fontoI'm happy as sh*t, but what do you guys think? <!--fontc<!--/fontc<!--sizec<!--/sizecShown is my Part II knife next to my original First Blood Knife...notice the size difference!Rambo holding the legendary knife in action in First Blood: Part II. Rambo: First Blood Part 2 Knife..... Score! - krazedkilla - 12-18-2007 Very Nice! I always liked the design, and I remember whenever I watched the Rambo's saying to myself "That's just a bada$$ knife." I'd love to get my hands on a replica, would even better to get one from Jimmy himself! Rambo: First Blood Part 2 Knife..... The going price on eBay for Part II's are around $120-$150....with some going for less if they don't include either the sheath, the box, the COA, or even the survival kit in the handle. United Cultery was the company that was originally licensed in conjunction with Carolco Films to make the offical Rambo knives. They have since lost the official license and no more of these have been made. However, I believe a new company has picked up the license and is selling new knives (including his Part IV machete) for around $150-$200)....Or, as GBeninati wishes for...you could always get one of Jimmy Lile's original knives he produced for the film. I believe he made about 100 additional knives for individual sale. Even those 100 sell for a damn pretty penny. <!--quoteo(post=248760:date=Dec 18 2007, 12:53 AM:name=GBeninati)<div class=\'quotetop\'>QUOTE(GBeninati @ Dec 18 2007, 12:53 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
<div class=\'quotemain\'><!--quotecif i had an extra 12,000 - 16,000 dollars<!--QuoteEnd
<!--QuoteEEndHope this helps!!!<!--sizeo:3<!--/sizeo<!--fonto:Impact<!--/fontoWant the whole RAMBO knife history?
