Is This Model Supposed To Be Like This? - Hellbilly1965 - 02-25-2008 Hey pluto, what you have is an old horizon "vinyl" kit. and what has happend is it has gotten a kinda direct heat which caused the "warping".. this can be fixed byusing a heat gun blowing on the warped area till its a bit soft, then you can re-shape. My guess is this kit was not filled with foam or anything, which allowed the vinyl togive. this really isnt something top get alarmed about, kind of a common thing withvinyk pieces that have sizeable voids as the stomach.. I do have a more professional method to fixed such a problem but requires stripping and all, much more involved technique.. hope this might help. DB...
