What is the official color of his pants, and does it change film to film? I have seen dark brown ones, grayish, and black. But usually in the movies it is tough to see them in the dark. I think dark brown would look cool to match the hat, but black or a grayish black seem to be the standard. Have not had a chance to go through the movies in a long time to check. Will soon.

Also some hats I have seen even look dark green. Hope I can find a good view of the pants in each film in decent lighting, but Freddy likes to hide in the dark a lot. What color do others use for their costumes/displays? I kinda like dark brown and a flat lighter black.
