Hey yes its legit, it was either used as a tween head or not used at all, the castings a few people got were blank and i have no idea who finished this and the others but i got it from david lady and he knows his stuff (most likely got it from the source). Rhonda Underwood had one as well, don't know anyone else who got one. They are very rare and i haven't seen much From Beyond stuff out there cept for some recasted slug/eel things some guy in germany was making.
