You'll need to make sure the metal is clean of oil/dirt/fingerprints.As for the blades, 0.9mm polished steel is best if you can get it laser/waterjet cut. otherwise it's a kitchen knife and several hours on the bench grinder! It's no good for a part 1 and it doesn't work on brass either, only copper. basically tuns it black or dark if mixed with water. Good for a part 4 style... |
