looks good man!you could take some material and sew some simple pads, stuff them with cotton batting. that may help give you some bulk in the areas you want without making it look funny. idk just a thought.

Great looking costume. I'm thin as well, so I'd probably add some padding inside the arms and shoulders of the jacket to bulk it up a bit. You could get 2 identical shirts and sew them together with some polyfill in between...that would be easiest, but the polyfill will have to be moved to the proper places as it won't stay still if pushed.
