Throw it in the oven lol.Nah you may wanna combine a touch of black dye in with it until you get the desired color.I did this using the dylon dyes and it worked for me.You may want to get in touch with your local fabric place and ask them what is best to do for ur situation as different fabrics have different effects as far as the percentage of polyester that is within the material.

On my pants i used black and purple. I'll try to get pics. Okay I got pics now. I'm getting the Myers coveralls lighting effects going. If i use the flash, they turn blue, if i dont, they aren't the right color purple. haha. Well here's 2 pics of the whole container of RIT purple powder and a few splashes of the RIT black liquid on pants. I only left it in for less than 5 though. I got scared I'd mess up and goodwill only had 3 of these pants, but I'm happy. And I'm using the Hot Topic coat now, but before I bought a 100& full length cotton Lab coat and modified it a bit. This is purple and navy blue RIT dye. Not sure on the amount, but full purple. I shoulda made it darker. This is on a buddy of mine. He wanted to laser tag as the joker so we just grabbed whatever and did a 5 min makeup.I hope you can work it out on your Jacket. I Dyed my first pants with just purple and it was so freaking bright that i just dunked it in solid black dye TWICE and it barely did anything. All it does is add shades of translucent black ontop of the bright color. I hope I helped some.
