I have the original VHS tapes from Parts 2,4, and 5. Part 5 is the uncut version. I think there is only the theatrical release on DVD, not the uncut version. Let me know if you are interested and I'll send you some pics.

I have the Two-Tape VHS release that was really hard to come by and very popular a little while back. Has the deleted scenes and alternate endings and other bonus features on it. Great shape, will get some pics posted later tonight/early a.m.
