Deadguy71 His/hers Remake Machetes - mperaginejr - 03-10-2009

Mike is a good friend of mine so I expected quality work, but these two machetes are BEAUTIFUL pieces man. Holding one of these is EXACTLY like the real thing, the craftsmanship Deadguy71 put into these is superb. Mine is 36 inches like the movie, hers is 30 inches. My costume isn't done yet, and hers won't be unveiled until MM this weekend, so you guys meeting up with us will probably get the first view. Don't worry Mike, we are going to take a TON of pics at the con with these, her costume, with Derek, etc. Thanks again. If you guys want an accurate, well crafted remake machete, a quick turnaround, and a great experience, snag one of deadguy71's machetes. I'll have some pics of them weathered up, with the leather attached to the handles soon. On to the pics!<img src=\"http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d138/mperaginejr/DSCF2334-2.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d138/mperaginejr/DSCF2335-1.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d138/mperaginejr/DSCF2336.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d138/mperaginejr/DSCF2337.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d138/mperaginejr/DSCF2341.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

very nice, just weather it up.Is it light weight?

Deadguy71 His/hers Remake Machetes - mperaginejr - 03-10-2009

Weathering it up tonight/tomorrow! Its not as light as a halloween store bought cheap machete, its got bit of weight to it due to the quality, but it is not heavy by any means, and is very comfortable to hold, raise, etc.

Haha thanks...it was raining or I would have gone outisde and stuck it in the ground and hung the mask on it, out in the woods by my place, its nice today might do that. These machetes are awesome, haha the size does matter, feels a bit intense swinging the 36" around... <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/teehee.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":teehee:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"teehee.gif\" />
