if they do it as dark as the book was, it could be decent. I just dont see how you could ever have as horrific looking of a clown than the original. so simple yet so eerie.

I personally think they should change it a bit for the remake. The idea of Pennywise turning into a giant spider worked in the book, but we all know how it turned out in the 1990 TV movie.

yea, I talked with TLW about it last year when I was vending next to his table. he told me he hired an fx company to do it, and it was all kind of last minute stuff. he also told me he had hoped to have tim to wear more prostetics for the pennywise makeup. such as a pointy chin, sharp cheekbones, etc. I think it was best as it was. simple and demented.
