Softening Leather - Krypt Kreeper - 06-13-2009 What's the best way to soften leather? Softening Leather - stainboy - 06-13-2009 You need to condition the leather. Leather's like a human being, if you don't give it moisture every now and then, it will keel over and die.The best product in my opinion? Pecard's Leather DressingI've also used Saddle Soap and Sno-Seal Protectant. I've owned leather upholstery in my Thunderbird, four leather sofas, three leather chairs, and over 20 leather jackets. I use conditioner on all of them.
