Jason Vorhees Remake Jacket (custom Made, For Sale) - onefastbird95 - 07-07-2009
I just found out I am moving next month and need to get rid of some things... First up is a project I was workin on which is 90% finished. This is a Friday the 13th Jason remake jacket that I tried to make as close to the screen used jacket as possible. I originally purchase a Large olive vintage military jacket that had the same pockets, collar, waste sinch, and right around the same length as the screen used coat. I then used a blend of dye's to fade and turn the jacket black. I purchased a hunting jacket and used the lining to create screen accurate diamond quilted sleeves. I also used the same dye process on another jacket and used part of that to make the back "flap" of the jacket. The jacket is sewn together very well. I started to weather the jacket and add some distress to the jacket before I stopped working on it. I included some of the screen used jacket pictures I used as reference for my jacket (you will find it is rather close consider I made it from what I could find!)The jacket can be finished by the buyer and you can add your own rips and extra weathering to make it how you want. This would be perfect for a costume, to wear to convention or to display on your jason remake bust or life size mannequin!I am just trying to get back the money and some of the time I have in the jacket, not trying to make a fortune like some sellers.
