I don't believe the guy has a website, I can be sure to ask next time I'm up there though. he's just some guy in the mall who makes stickers, license plates, keychains, etc.I'd say the dimensions are about 2.5 - 3 inches high and about 9 inches wide. The word Halloween is actually layered, as well. Instead of it being a solid sticker, it's actually an orange base with a white overlay; slightly smaller so that the orange creates the outline look. thanks again for the compliments!
