Luke Skywalker Severed Head - frosty - 06-02-2010
Well as some of you know i'm a big star wars fan as well as horror fan ,and in honour of empire strikes backs thirty year anniversary i decided to do a new sculpt.In Empire Luke enters a cave and has a brief battle with Vader were he ends up lopping vaders head off, then we see Lukes head in the helmet, a creepy and cool scene to be sure, so i decided to do that.Heres the lopped off head prop they used for one brief shot<img src=\"http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x307/monstermaker1/star_wars_celebration_4_props_from_.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />And using a clay press of Hamills lifecast, heres what i have so far, still pretty rough, but its getting there<img src=\"http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x307/monstermaker1/PICT0005.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />I know its star wars, but its a severed head so i think it fits in here

ThanksWell i did a bit more today,added a bit of texture to it so i can see how its looking, still need to fix the nose etc<img src=\"http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x307/monstermaker1/ba.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x307/monstermaker1/bz.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />Heres a screencap, you don't really see the prop head itself, apparently they thought it was pants so shot mark hamill himself pretending to be a severed head, i'm going for the prop look, eyes straight ahead.<img src=\"http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x307/monstermaker1/DagobahVader004.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />I'll be working on the helmet next
