I would like to make everyone aware that the board member known as "Ballerix" (ballerix@yahoo.com) is a lying theif. You will see him around here, CGP, and the HMA boards. First, let me start by saying that I sold him a NMM78 CGP mask. He was not happy with it due to the large size so looked to trade it for an original NMM78. Atlas, he found a reputable trader on the HMA aka: H8Shape (David Phillips) a friend of mine who owned a very nice original NMM78. They made the deal and David shipped the mask promptly to the following address:

This is not the same address that I originally shipped the CGP NMM78 to him at and he never gave me his name....only his Mother\'s or someone elses. David STILL has not received his original NMM78, nor any emails after over a good week and this so-called Henry Ngo left him a bogus delivery confirmation number. Henry quickly responds to my emails b/c he was not aware that I was in on his thievery. Here is the original address I shipped Henry\'s mask to (I\'m thinking it\'s his actual home address):

These streets are parallel to each other in the San Franciso area, so I\'m assuming that he left an address that was unoccupied for David to ship to so that he could not be traced.
We seriously want to nail this guy as we believe he is going on boards under various names and email addresses. This is INTERNET FRAUD and justice will be served. David does plan on getting the San Franciso Police involved if need be and will possibly be making a trip to this kids house. Please, if you have any info or have been taken by this same trader PM me or email David Phillips at ddphillips99@msn.com.
