Only one I know you can buy is the CFX Joe Human display head http://compositeeffects.com/blog/product-catalog/head-hand-forms/joe-display/ Not a bad price, I would have one but shipping to Canada is brutal. I ended up making one for my Chopper zombie from SPFX, a male styrofoam head, attached to one of those plastic half chest hanging display things, then added foam board in layers to the back to fill it out. Glued it all together with foam board adhesive, and then wrapped it with tape to prevent the styrofoam from falling apart and making a mess. Total cost was about $10 or so.
