solid crystal clear mask stands. Anyone seen those? Wonder if they could be made out of resin? Hmm, might get bubbles though. Wouldn\'t that look cool if it looked like your mask was \'floating\' in dim light?
Just a thought.
you could cast it in 3 parts then epoxy the pieces together with some clear 2 ton 2 part epoxy. That stuff dries crystal clear.

shoot, I would if I had the stuff to do it. But since my ideas have a habit of becoming reality, I\'m \'throwing it out there\' to see if anything happens, lol. :lol:
If it hasn\'t been done yet, there\'s a good chance it will be now.
Besides, I\'m broke and don\'t have workspace or any materials. But once again, I can see in my head how to make one. Looks pretty cool too. :lol:

I am actaually trying to make some stands that have a small light attached to the bottom for kind of an up-lighting affect!! should be cool when i am done.

How bout go to Ge polymers and get clear solid acrylic rods and then get a thick sheet of clear acrylic.. cut it down and screw the rod into the base... My mother works for them, i get good deals on plastics and i have a few scrap drops of acrylic sheeting bout an inch thick.. i may try one for my nemi.. ill have to get some thick dowel later.
