The Administrative & Moderating team would like to welcome you to NIGHTOWL.
Below are the rules and expectations that are to be understood and followed by ALL members. If the rules stated below are broken the following reprimands will occur....
1st OFFENSE - Verbal Warning
2nd OFFENSE - Suspension
3rd OFFENSE - Banishment
1) PRODUCT / MAKER BASHING -Negative opinions should be discussed off board, not in the open public. This will create less conflict and a more constructive community atmosphere making the NIGHTOWL Forums a more enjoyable place for everyone.
2) BAD LANGUAGE - Please refrain from using foul language on this message board. Remember, we\'re here to talk masks, monsters, and horror.
3) AVATARS,SIGS,& PICS -Please refrain from using any avatars, signatures, or pictures that contain nudity and or suggestions of sexually oriented content in your posts.
4) ADVERTISING-If you are looking to advertise your business, check the links page. We will gladly exchange links with anyone. While the board is not your own personal billboard, linking to your site isnt out of the question as long as you didnt join this community mainly to get yourself hits. Remember this is Justins place of business. Justin doesn\'t do that to you, so it would just be common courtesy to do the same.
5) NON-NIGHTOWL BUSINESS - Please refrain from inquiring or giving/talking about prices for products from other makers openly in the Off-Topic forum. All prices and product availability from a maker other than Justin are to be discussed in the classified section and or by private message.
6) ARGUING/ILL PRACTICE -The NIGHTOWL boards are not the place to argue, or accuse people of ill practice. If you think there is something wrong, please contact the person PRIVATELY. If resolution cannot be found, please contact someone from the NIGHTOWL staff for further assistance.
7) POST BUMPING - 1 bump is allowed per week in the classified section. Members found to be taking advantage of this will be reprimanded and there for sale thread deleted.
8) RE-REGISTERING - To become a member of NIGHTOWL you must be Validated and approved by the management staff. Each member is allowed 1 screen name and membership. Any member with more than 1 membership and screen name will be instantly banned from NIGHTOWL.
9) posting of videos of any kind in the shoutbox is prohibited. if you have a video you would like to show, please created a thread.
THE MANAGEMENT STAFF HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE MEMBERSHIP TO NIGHTOWL AT ANYTIME.
FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE RULES AND PLEASE TRY TO REMAIN MATURE,POSTITIVE, CIVIL AND USE COMMON SENSE WHILE VISITING THE BOARDS
