I\'ve been looking for 1 of these for about 2 months. What\'s the history of these? Should I try Savini? How much are these going for? I\'ve heard of 2 different versions, recasts, which looks better? :ph34r:

GMan.i think he\'s talking about something else. Creeping Dead owns a great F4 stunt mask. I own a Tom Savini/ Prop masters Mangler but that\'s the dummy prop.
The DMC one is just a hood that was sculpted by one of their artists

The actual things would be pretty hard to track down, I know Aaron owns 2 *recasts* I believe. If memory serves me right, Kirk Magnum has a mangler for sale over at the HMA which is a recast of stunt mask. I doubt contacting Savini would do much good, hearing stories of how he treats/keeps molds doesn\'t sound to promising. :unsure: Good luck on your search!

Actually Gmyers, the DMC stunt mask was sculpted using the Mangler as a reference and since the mangler is a recast of the part 4 Dummy Prop, you\'re not too far off ;-)

I had both the mangler and the stunt mask and if all works out there may be something avaliable in the future .
