I\'m trying to upload a picture for my avatar of the Grimsdyke ghoul from Tales From The Crypt but it won\'t let me. Can someone help me out?

Actually no, it\'s 137 kb. Most of the pics I have are huge. Anyway of getting this picture 100 or smaller?

If you have Win 98 here is a really quick way!!
Open image in Microsoft photo editor, then click image from the top drop down menu, then resize, you will be able to change the size there in pixels or inches, that is if its a big pic?? is this file a .jpg?? if its a .bmp, that could be your prob. If it is a .bmp open the picture in paint then go to file, save as and resave as a .jpg....Make sure you change the file extension in the drop down box under the entry for file name.
Hope i was some help, if you have XP these instructions should be pretty much the same.
