The Evil Dead Remake. - ALLOUTMASSACRE - 09-28-2005
When I first heard that they were doing a remake rather then a sequel first let me down big time. I kind got warm to the idea thinking about how the TCM remake and Ammityville Horror remakes were decent. I decided to check IMDB today and see if they had any news on it, but what I read makes me want to throw up. It lists Ashton Kutcher as the only actor. [url=\"http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0434020/\"]IMDB[/url] I can only believe they will cast him as Ash. I\'m not just being ah I hate teen actors. I truly think he is a horrible actor and to him have cast as Ash is a huge mistake! I\'m sorry this one of my favorite horror movies, and one of the first I ever saw when I was a little kid with my father. Sorry if this is premature, because we all know IMDB can mess up, but it just scares me :o . Opinions guys?

Ashton Kutcher is a faggot! The only way I can accept him being in it, is if he has a \'special part\' where he\'s being ripped apart... (if I can ever get over the notion of an Evil Dead remake...)
Personally, I thought the TCM remake was pretty fun to watch, but come on... whats with the remake craze thats going on? I mean, I\'m not all against remakes... Night of the Living Dead remake? Great. The Fly remake? Excellent. The Thing remake? OMG I love it... But the way they\'re doing them now.. It\'s just too mainstream and clean. Just really drives them into the ground, and while you\'ve got a classic film such as The Evil Dead, you\'re going to have this ugly cousin thats tagging along, and spoiling it for a lot of people... ESPECIALLY if Asstown is cast as Ash... I don\'t care if they are namesakes... (Ashton-Ash) It\'s just intolerable. Whats his catch phrase going to be? Instead of \'Groovy\', he\'ll say, \'You\'re Punked\' ?!?!
