What do you use to make the mold, like what material? can someone like write me the specs on doing this please. Thanks-Kyle Hock Molds - josephchoi - 11-07-2005 i think ultra-cal 30 Hock Molds - ZombieBloodLust - 11-07-2005 scilicone...perhaps dragon skin.... expensive but will last a lifetime Hock Molds - Ben_Forsaken - 11-07-2005 I always thought for a Hockey Mask you\'d sculpture it in clay, mold it in silicone, then make a plaster buck from the silicone mold. Then vacuform over the plaster buck. Hock Molds - Mutilated - 11-07-2005  Big suprise there. Hock Molds - TallDarkandDisfigured - 11-07-2005 Wouldn\'t that method make your mask a little bigger than your original sculpture? Since your buck would be the same size as the sculpture. Maybe I\'m missing something simple though... I\'ve got the urge to give this a try. |
