Anyone Knowledgeable About Burning Movies - adamms - 12-17-2005 im wanting to burn some movies to a cd-r or dvd+r, and my version of nero wont seem to auto convert the .avi to mpeg, i\'ve found converters and it takes forever to convert, anyone know how u can convert thru nero because it says it auto does it, but really dosnt ![]() Adam Anyone Knowledgeable About Burning Movies - krazedkilla - 12-17-2005 Hey man, don\'t bother with converting a thing. The best program out there is Clone Dvd 2 and Any Dvd. Click on Any Dvd it takes off the copy right protection and then open Clone Dvd 2 and click Clone Dvd with menus and then open Video Ts and it does all the work for you but thats with dvd r. Its the best thing to do and easiest. If you want to get technical you can fit about 4 movies on one dvd r but in order to watch it you would need and mpeg/divx dvd player. Converting is a bitch though. You could either buy it or find it on a P2p program and get it for free. Anyone Knowledgeable About Burning Movies - adamms - 12-17-2005 just noticed clone dvd dosnt support avi or mpeg ![]() Anyone Knowledgeable About Burning Movies - Krazy Ken - 12-17-2005 I\'m not a genuis at burning movies but what I use is dvd shrink and ImgBurn and it\'s fairly easy. You can get both of them at www.afterdawn.com Anyone Knowledgeable About Burning Movies - adamms - 12-17-2005 just converted avi to mpeg using avi2vcd, worked fine, but took about 30 mins to convert ![]() Anyone Knowledgeable About Burning Movies - Bohred - 12-17-2005 I use TMPGEnc to encode all of my .avi and .mpeg files and then TMPGEnc DVD Author to create the disc image. I then burn them with Nero. You can also use TMPGEnc to convert to VCD format.
