It definitely will be. His Name Was Jason was such a cash grab effort. This is the real deal.

Watched the first disc so far. Its cool but was kinda dissapointed they reused so much stuff from his name was jason and the original blu ray special features

Mine arrived yesterday, but I haven't gotten to dive in yet. Hopefully tomorrow night, time-permitting.

Did they really re-use stuff from HNWJ? If so, that sucks. I was under the initial impression that this was totally comprised of all-new interviews and content.

Yea man so far there's tons of interviews w people that are all recycled...sean cunningham, adrienne king, steve dash, amy steel, ted white, kane hodder and many more. So far everything I've seen from those listed and many more are all old and reused. Maybe at the end there's a big retrospective w new interviews or something but I'm five hrs in and haven't seen any yet.

Now I won't ruin anything but there is some nee interviews from sone rare people that are cool bit I also thought this was all new

Ah that's too bad. I was really looking forward to picking one of these up but haven't yet. So it's basically all stuff most of us have seen?

I am almost done I'm at the remake part of it now and I can honestly say I've heard only two things in this I didn't know before. But there is an epilouge and a bonus disc so maybe those will be good
